Refund policy

At Tiaro Steel & Rural, we strive to provide high-quality heavy materials and rural supplies. Because our products are heavy, bulky, and often cut to specific lengths, we have a strict return policy.

1. All Sales are Final
Please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect ordering. We strongly recommend double-checking your order details—including product descriptions, sizing, and quantities—before finalizing your purchase.

2. Australian Consumer Law
Our "No Return" policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product if the goods:

• Are faulty or damaged upon delivery/pickup.
• Are significantly different from the sample or description provided.
• Are unfit for their intended purpose.

If you believe your item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the issue.
